Amy N. MullenVice President

Amy N. Mullen is the Vice President of Money Quotient. In this role she focuses on Licensee education, materials and training development, and organizational management. Amy works one-on-one with advisors to cultivate in-depth understanding of M.Q. materials and processes, and to customize and implement the M.Q. Financial Life Planning® process into their practices. In addition, Amy co-facilitates the three-day "Fundamentals of Financial Life Planning" training seminar, and uses her creative skills to coordinate content and development of M.Q. materials. She also oversees the management of the M.Q. Team and is responsible for the design of office systems and procedures. Amy frequently attends meetings and conferences to keep abreast of the needs and interests of the financial planning community. Outside of the office, Amy enjoys photography, gardening, and running.

Katrina Liukko is the Director of Communications for Money Quotient. She is responsible for the revision and maintenance of M.Q. tools, marketing, and training materials. Katrina is the M.Q. Community Newsletter editor, website aesthetics manager, and administrator of M.Q.'s web-based marketing and annoucement system. She also assists with specialized projects designed to increase the ease of productivity in the office. Additionally, Katrina uses her extensive customer service skills to communicate with prospective Licensees, providing M.Q. information and materials. In addition to her work with Money Quotient, Katrina has spent recent years studying psychology and gender studies at the university level and has future plans to pursue a graduate degree in clinical psychology.
Tom Anderson is the Director of Technology for Money Quotient. Tom is responsible for the computer and telephone systems. He does all the wiring, networking, updating, troubleshooting, installing, uninstalling, and so on. Most importantly, he answers our technology questions patiently and technology SOS calls promptly. Tom has had multiple careers—he spent 30 years as a naval officer and 10 years as a high school math and science teacher. Currently, in addition to his work with Money Quotient, he is a substitute teacher, tutor, environmental activist, enthusiastic mountain biker, and brewer of beer.
Sally Hass is a Financial Life Planning Educator/Trainer for Money Quotient. In addition to this role, she is the Benefits Education Manager for Weyerhaeuser Company, a forest products company with over 200 locations worldwide and 63,000 employees. For the last 10 years, she has managed the Life Retirement Planning programs and personally conducts sessions related to these topics. Sally integrates a life planning perspective to help employees identify their central values and priorities and to align their financial goals with their life goals. Her education programs have been nationally recognized as models of "best practice" and she is frequently asked to speak as an expert on the topic of comprehensive employee financial education.
Ed Jacobson, Ph.D., works with organizations, groups, and individuals on matters of critical importance to the achievement of their mission, strategies, and aspirations. Ed joined Money Quotient® as a Consultant on special projects, and as an Educator/Trainer. He earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from
Brian Koval is a Learning Opportunities Facilitator for Money Quotient. Brian's life work is to help others imagine, realize, and live into their best lives possible. Within this work, his role may best be described as a Coach, Scout, and Navigator as he assists his clients with the often tumultuous terrain of transition and development. In addition to working with Money Quotient, Brian has the good fortune to presently serve as the Life Planner in Residence with TFGA, a wealth planning firm based in Southeast Michigan. Additionally, Brian has the pleasure of working with individuals to help them hone their client relational skills within a private Coaching Practice. He also has a bevy of ever-expanding interests and passions that connect to his life's Sacred Purpose, which he articulates as, "To pursue, participate in, and bear witness to the restoration/transformation of people, places, and things to their divine beauty and purpose."
